ORAL ORDER:

Petitioner claims that he is owner and possessor of land in Sy No 235/2B an extent of Ac 0.79 and 235/2C to an extent of Ac 0.90 cents 235/2D to an extent of Ac 0.90 cents 128/5A to an extent of Ac.0.39 cents total Ac.2.59 cents situated at Mamidalapadu Village Fields Kurnool Mandal Kurnool District, having purchased the same vide registered sale deed dated 3.12.2014. Petitioner alleges that in the year 2015 he has made application through online to mutate his name in revenue records and since no action taken thereon, he has made a further application on 21.4.2018 to the Tahsildar-4th respondent to mutate his name and the same is pending and no orders are passed. Hence, this writ petition.

Heard learned counsel for petitioner and learned Government Pleader for Revenue and with their consent the writ petition is disposed of at the stage of admission.

Learned Government Pleader submitted that for mutation of name petitioner has to submit online application in prescribed form VI-A through State Government web portal and on filing such application along with supporting documents, the same shall be considered and disposed of in accordance with law.

Since petitioner has not submitted online application in prescribed form, without going into the merits of the matter, the writ petition is disposed of granting liberty to the petitioner to submit online application for mutation of his name along with supporting documents and on filing such an application, the third respondent shall consider the entitlement of petitioner and dispose of the application in accordance with law by

assigning reasons in support of the decision. No costs. Miscellaneous petitions stand disposed of.
