This writ petition was filed challenging the action of respondents 2 and 3 in interfering with the personal life of the petitioner. 2.

When the writ petition came up for consideration, the learned Government Pleader for Home submitted that a rowdy sheet was opened against the petitioner and challenging the same the petitioner filed W.P.No.6500 of 2013 and the same is pending.

3. In view of the subsequent writ petition, no orders can be passed in the present writ petition. Giving liberty to the petitioner to pursue the subsequent writ petition, the present Writ Petition is closed. No order as to costs.
