THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE M.SEETHARAMA MURTI Civil Revision Petition No.2105 of 2011 ORDER:

The note of the Registry shows that the suit in O.S.no.21 of 2008 on the file of the Court of the learned Senior Civil Judge, Narayanpet was dismissed for non-prosecution on 25.07.2012. Therefore, this revision has become infructuous as no cause survives for adjudication. The learned counsel for the revision petitioner would submit that the revision petition may be dismissed giving liberty to seek restoration of the revision; in case, the suit is restored to file by the trial Court. Recording the submission, the Civil Revision Petition is dismissed as infructuous, however, giving liberty to the petitioner to have the revision restored, in case, the suit is restored by the trial Court. No costs.

Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this revision shall stand closed.
