The petitioner has filed this Writ Petition seeking regularization of his services. When this matter is taken up for hearing, it is submitted by the learned Counsel for the petitioner that this Hon'ble Court was pleased to grant interim orders on 24.6.2004, directing that the petitioner shall be continued in service, if any of his juniors are found to be working, and by virtue of the interim orders of this Court, the petitioner is being continued in service, and the only issue remains is that whether the petitioner is entitled for regularization of his services or not. 2.
The learned Standing Counsel for the respondents contends that the case of the petitioner will be considered as and when regular vacancies will arise, in accordance with his seniority.

Having considered the submissions made by the parties, this Court is of the considered view that this Writ Petition can be disposed of, directing the petitioner to make a fresh representation for his regularization within one week. 4.
Accordingly, the Writ Petition is disposed of directing the petitioner to make a fresh representation to the respondents for his regularization, within one week from the date of receipt of a
copy of this order. Upon such representation being received, the respondents shall consider the same and pass appropriate orders within a period of four weeks thereafter. No costs.
