This writ petition is filed with the following prayer: " ...to issue a Writ of Mandamus, by declaring the inaction of the respondent No.5, who is the Station House Officer, Jubilee Hills Police Station, Hyderabad vide No.16/ACP/CX/GHMC 2013 dated 16-12-2013 which was written by the Asst.City Planner Circle X, GHMC for calling the attention of Respondent No.5 to take up a vigil over the GHMC land adjoining to the petitioner's land likely to be grabbed by the some unsocial elements in case requested to take action is neither complied nor heed the requests for police watch by the Respondent NO.5 is illegal, arbitrary and violation of principles of natural justice and pass such order or other orders as this Hon'ble Court may deem fit think and proper in the interest of justice.
" Learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home produced written instructions stating that the 6th respondent addressed a letter to the 5th respondent-Station House Officer, Jubilee Hills Police Station, Hyderabad, dated 16-12-2013. Basing on the same, the 5th respondent has kept watch on the public property. It is also stated that if the 5th respondent receive any report that unsocial elements tried to grab the public property, he will take necessary action as per law. It is also stated that one M.Visweswara Rao filed WP.No.18803 of 2011 seeking direction not to make any constructions including children park on the northern side of the petitioner plot No.6 in Sy.No.120/5 TS.No.3/2, Ward No.9, Block No.
Shaiakpet, Hyderabad and this Court granted status-quo order on 02-09-2011.
Recording the same, the writ petition is disposed of. As a sequel to the disposal of this petition, miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending shall stand closed.
