Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Pleader for Revenue appearing for respondents.

Petitioner's grievance is that petitioner had applied on 05-12-2015 for mutation of her name in the revenue record in respect of the subject land and 3rd respondent is not taking action thereon.

Learned Government Pleader for Revenue appearing for respondents states that the petitioner should apply in Form VI-A prescribed under AP Rights in Land and Pattadar Passbooks Act, 1971 to 3rd respondent and if such application is filed, 3rd respondent will take appropriate action within six weeks from the date of receipt of such application.

In view of the said submission, the Writ Petition is disposed of directing the petitioner to apply in Form VI-A prescribed under AP Rights in Land and Pattadar Passbooks Act, 1971 to 3rd respondent and on such application is filed, 3rd respondent shall take appropriate action thereon within six weeks from the date of receipt of such application and communicate his decision thereon to the petitioner. No costs.

As a sequel, the miscellaneous petitions, if any pending, shall stand closed.
