It is stated by the learned counsel for the petitioner that the lis in the writ petition is covered by order dated 03-04-2014 passed by this Court in WP.No.10094 of 2014 and the same is not disputed by learned Standing Counsel for the respondents. For the reasons stated in the above order, this writ petition is also disposed of and the impugned order is set aside. The respondents shall reinstate the petitioner into service with immediate effect. The petitioner shall not be entitled to any back wages or continuity of service and it shall be open to the respondents to initiate disciplinary action in accordance with law, if they so intend. There shall be no order as to costs.

Miscellaneous Petitions, if any, pending in this writ petition shall stand closed.
