Learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission of this Court to withdraw the writ petition with liberty to approach the Wakf Tribunal invoking Section 85 of the Wakf Act, 1995, for the reliefs claimed herein.

Permission is accorded and the writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty as prayed.
