When the matter is called, it is represented by learned counsel for the petitioner that the issue in the present Writ Petition is squarely covered by the order of this Court in W.P.No.13717 of 2014, dated 07.07.2014 and a copy of the same is placed on record along with the writ petition as material paper.

Following the above said order and for the reasons recorded therein, this Writ Petition is also allowed, in terms thereof. There shall be no order as to costs. Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this Writ Petition shall stand closed.
