THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A.RAMALINGESWARA RAO WRIT PETITION NO.39393 OF 2012 ORDER:

This writ petition is filed seeking to issue writ of mandamus declaring the action of the respondents in opening and continuing rowdy sheet against the petitioner in C.No.107/SDPO/AMP/2011, dated 29-102011 in Rowdy Sheet No.470 on the rolls of 4th respondent and paying domiciliary visits to his house asking repeatedly to appear before them as illegal and arbitrary and consequently quash the rowdy sheet.

2. It is submitted by the learned Government Pleader on the basis of written instructions that Rowdy Sheet was closed on 25-01-2016 on the orders of the Sub-Divisional Police Officer, Amalapuram. In view of the same, the writ petition has become infructuous.

3. Accordingly, the writ petition is dismissed as infructuous. No order as to costs. Miscellaneous petitions, if any pending in this writ petition shall stand closed.
