HONOURABLE Dr. JUSTICE B.SIVA SANKARA RAO CRIMINAL PETITION No.4146 of 2015 ORDER :

The Petition is filed by the Petitioners/A.8 9,12 and 13 under Section 482 Cr.P.C to quash the proceedings in P.R.C.No.47 of 2013 on the file of the learned VI Addl.Chief Metropolitan Magistrate, Hyderabad.

2) The Petitioners/A.8,9,12 and 13 and the 1st respondent/ defactocomplainant filed a petition in Crl.P.M.P.No.4439 of 2015 praying to permit the parties to compromise the matter.

3) Both the parties present before the Court and the defacto-complainant stated the compounding is to purchase peace. Heard and perused the material on record.

4) The offences that were taken cognizance by the learned Magistrate for the committal of the case are under Sections 147,148,307 read with 149 of I.P.C. Another Bench of this Court by order dated 28.04.2015 in fact accorded permission to compound the offence under Section 307 of I.P.C. By virtue of that order, the other offences under Sections 147,148 and 149 are also permitted to compound as the substantial offence under Section 307 IPC permitted to compound.

5) Having regard to the above, permission is accorded by this Court to the parties to compound the offences in view of their compromise and in the interest of justice.

6) Accordingly, the petition is allowed and all the proceedings in P.R.C.No.47 of 2013 on the file of the learned VI Addl. Chief Metropolitan Magistrate, Hyderabad are quashed. The bail bonds of the petitioners, if any, shall stand cancelled.

5) Miscellaneous petitions, if any pending, in this Criminal Petition shall stand closed.
