It is stated that the petitioner filed appeal before the 2nd respondent against the impugned proceedings dated 11-03-2017 in Rc.No.A2/DTDO/52/2016 issued by the 1st respondent, wherein and whereby the petitioner was removed from service. As the same is not being disposed of, the present writ petition is filed.

Heard learned Assistant Government Pleader for Services.

In view of the same, the 2nd respondent is directed to dispose of the appeal filed by the petitioner in accordance with law.
