This Civil Revision Petition is filed under Section 115 of C.P.C. assailing the order dated 09.04.2018 passed in I.A.No.53 of 2009 in O.S.No.5 of 2001 on the file of the VII Additional District Judge, Mahabubnagar.

At the time of hearing, learned counsel for the petitioners seeks permission of this Court to permit the petitioners to withdraw the civil revision petition with a liberty to avail the remedies available to them under law.

Permission is granted.

Accordingly, the Civil Revision Petition is dismissed as withdrawn granting liberty as prayed for. There shall be no order as to costs.
