In view of the subsequent developments, namely disposing of the representation/ application filed by the petitioner, Mr.Venkateshwar Varanasi does not press the contempt prayer and seeks liberty to assail the orders of the respondent. The Contempt Case is dismissed by granting liberty as prayed for. No order as to costs.
