In this writ petition, the petitioner assails the proceedings dated 9-11-2006 passed by the 1st respondent in posting her to APR School at Gooty, on the ground that as per the guidelines issued in GO Ms.No.102, Education Department, dated 5-8-2005, she being female teacher, and also in the light of the option exercised by her in the counseling for transfers, she ought to have been posted at APR schools for girls at Banhavasi or Arekal since the vacancies in these two schools were notified to female teachers being girls schools.

2. This Court by order dated 13-02-2007 directed the 1st respondent to consider the case of the petitioner for transfer either to APR girls school at Banavasi or Arekal. The relief sought for in the writ petition is worked out by way of the interim granted by this Court and no further orders need be passed. In the circumstances, the writ petition is disposed of making the interim order as final order. Miscellaneous petitions, if any pending in this case shall also stand disposed of.
