HONOURABLE SRI JUSTICE P.NAVEEN RAO ORDER:

Petitioner claims to be descendant of Sriman Tallapaka Annamacharya and the successors of Sriman Tallapaka Annamacharya have been rendering service to Lord Venkateswara at Tirumala including singing of songs of glory on Lord composed by Sri Tallakapa Annamacharya at the time of 'Suprabhatam' and 'Ekanthaseva'. The grievance of the petitioner is that 2nd respondent is not allowing him to perform those functions and quarrelling with the petitioner. Petitioner contends that alleging unnecessary and illegal interference/obstruction by the 2nd respondent, several representations were submitted, but those representations are not acted upon. Hence, this writ petition. 2.

By the very nature of the grievance, matter requires consideration by the competent authority. Since petitioner had already submitted representations, which representations are stated to be pending consideration of the 1st respondent, the writ petition is disposed of, without expressing any opinion on merits, directing the competent authority of TTD to consider the representations stated to have been submitted by the petitioner on 26.09.2016, 25.10.2016, 26.11.2016 and 09.12.2016, as expeditiously as possible, preferably within a period of three weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order. It is made clear that there is no expression of opinion on merits. The defence of the 2nd respondent on the allegations made are preserved. If the competent

authority prima facie agrees with the contentions of petitioner, he may serve notice on the 2nd respondent and call for response. Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this writ petition shall stand closed. There shall be no order as to costs. ___________________________ JUSTICE P.NAVEEN RAO Date: 28.12.2016 kkm
