Sri Sakinala Ravi Kumar, learned counsel for the petitioner, addressed letter dated 18.06.2018 to the Registry stating that the matter has been settled out of Court and that his client may be permitted to withdraw the Civil Revision Petition. He reiterates the request in person.

The Civil Revision Petition is accordingly dismissed as withdrawn.

Pending miscellaneous petitions, if any, shall also stand dismissed. No order as to costs.
