THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE ABHINAND KUMAR SHAVILI WRIT PETITION No.22071 of 2002 ORDER:

When the matter is taken up for hearing, it is informed by both the counsel that the petitioner has attained the age of superannuation and the petitioner is challenging the order of removal before the Industrial Tribunal, where no relief was granted to him.

Since the petitioner has attained the age of superannuation, the relief sought for by him cannot be granted, however, the terminal benefits for the service rendered by him from the date of his initial appointment till the date of removal from service, if not paid, be paid to the petitioner within a period of four (4) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. 3.

With the above direction, the Writ Petition is disposed of. Miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand closed. There shall be no order as to costs.
