THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A.RAMALINGESWARA RAO CIVIL REVISION PETITION NO.937 OF 2013 ORDER:

This Civil Revision Petition is filed against the order in E.A.No.5 of 2013 in E.P.No.222 of 2012 in O.S.No.484 of 2006. This Court by order dated 22.02.2013, granted interim direction on condition of the petitioner depositing an amount of Rs.20,000/- and the learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the said order was complied with. However, he further submits that the cause of action in the Civil Revision Petition does not survive for consideration. In view of the subsequent developments and recording the submissions of the learned counsel for the petitioner, this Civil Revision Petition is dismissed as infructuous. No costs.
