The learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw the writ petition.

Permission as sought for is accorded.

Accordingly, the Writ Petition is dismissed as withdrawn, keeping it open to the petitioner to work out his remedies with respect to implementation of the orders of this Court in W.P.No. 10801 of 2018, dated 11.04.2018. As a sequel thereto, miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this writ petition, shall stand dismissed.
