Thereafter, the matter was listed on 29.08.2019, but it was adjourned. Today, despite the matter being listed under the caption 'for dismissal', none appeared for the petitioners. This Court has no other option except to dismiss the case for default as well as for nonprosecution. Hence, the Writ Petition is dismissed for default as well as for non-prosecution. No order as to costs.
