THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE RAMESH RANGANATHAN And THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE M.SATYANARAYANA MURTHY WRIT PETITION No.37438 of 2012 ORDER: (per Hon'ble Sri Justice Ramesh Ranganathan) Sri P.Suresh Reddy, learned Senior Counsel appearing on behalf of the respondent, submits that the respondent died six months ago. The respondent had questioned the order, whereby he was placed under suspension, before the Tribunal. The Tribunal set aside the order of suspension and directed the petitioner herein to reinstate the respondent into duty. Pursuant to the order of the Tribunal, the respondent was reinstated into duty and, thereafter, he expired during the pendency of the present writ proceedings. As the respondent is no more, the Writ Petition abates and is, accordingly, dismissed as abated. Miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall also stand dismissed.
