CVNR,J & GSP,J IA.No.2 of 2018 in/& MACMA.No.2237 of 2018 Dt: 23.08.2018 Common Judgment: (Per the Hon'ble Sri Justice C.V.Nagarjuna Reddy) MACMA.No.2237 of 2018 is filed against Order, dated 12-08-2016, in MVOP.No.481 of 2014 on the file of the Chairman, Motor Accidents Claims Tribunal- cum- Principal District Judge, Warangal.

IA.No.2 of 2018 is filed for condonation of delay of 510 days in filing the Appeal.

At the hearing, Mr.B.Mayur Reddy, learned Standing Counsel for the appellant- Telangana State Road Transport Corporation (TSRTC), on being made to realise the serious defect viz., that though the TSRTC was constituted during the pendency of MVOP.No.481 of 2014, it has not taken steps to substitute itself in place of the Andhra Pradesh State Road Transport Corporation, which was its predecessor when the MVOP was filed and numbered, requested for permission of the Court to withdraw the MACMA itself with liberty to his client to take appropriate steps before the Tribunal and avail a fresh remedy thereafter. The request of the learned Standing Counsel for the appellant is accepted and IA.No.2 of &
