THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE T.SUNIL CHOWDARY WRIT PETITION No.12660 of 2004 ORDER:

The writ petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India seeking a writ of Certiorari calling for the records pertaining to I.D.No.33 of 2002 on the file of the Industrial Tribunal cum Labour Court, Visakhapatnam, dated 24.02.2004, quash the same as illegal and to pass such other necessary orders.

At the time of hearing, both counsels with one voice submitted that the purpose of filing the writ petition has become infructuous in view of removal of the petitioner from service on 01.04.2016. In view of the submission made by both the counsel, the writ petition is dismissed as infructuous.
