As directed by this Court on 22.3.2018, name of the revision petitioner is printed in the cause list.

When the revision petitioner took back vakalat from the learned counsel on record, and which was reported to the Court and recorded by this Court on 25.10.2016. Basing on which only, this Court directed the Registry to delete the name of the learned counsel for the petitioner and order to print the name of the revision petitioner. A duty is cast on the revision petitioner to either personally present on the date of hearing or to appoint an advocate to represent her. Neither is done.

Therefore, the present Civil Revision Petition is dismissed for non-prosecution.

As a sequel thereto, miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in the Revision shall stand closed.
