HCJ & AAR,J W.P.No.19299 of 2019 ORDER: (Per the Hon'ble the Chief Justice Sri Raghvendra Singh Chauhan) The present Writ Petition has been filed for the following relief:- "Hence it is prayed that this Hon'ble court may be pleased to issue a writ, order or direction, more specifically one in the nature of a writ of Mandamus directing the 1st Respondent to expeditiously execute the NBW in CRL.M.P.NO.1249/2018 in DVC No.35/2017 dated 29.04.2019 within a specific time period, to report compliance within one week, to explain the reasons for refusing to execute the NBW dated 29.04.2019, to award exemplary costs and to pass such other order or orders as this Hon'ble court may deem fit and proper in the facts and circumstances of the case." By order dated 27.01.2020, this Court had directed the respondent Nos.1 and 2 to execute the non-bailable warrant dated 15.05.2019.

Mr. Srikanth Reddy, learned Government Pleader for Home, appearing for the respondent Nos.1 and 2, informs this Court that the non-bailable warrant of arrest has been duly executed on Mr. Timothy T Gonmei; he has been remanded into judicial custody by the FAC III Metropolitan Magistrate, Hyderabad. Therefore, the non-bailable warrant has been duly executed. In order to buttress his plea, learned counsel has produced Form No.18 issued by the learned Magistrate as well as the slip of the Prisoners Admission Receipt, and the duly executed warrant of arrest. The same shall be taken on record.

Therefore, the relief prayed for by the petitioner has been complied with. Accordingly, the Writ Petition stands disposed of as infructuous.
