THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE S.V. BHATT W.P.No.21812 OF 2006 ORDER:

Mr.Venkatram Reddy submits that petitioner retired from service on attaining the age of superannuation and according to his instructions, the petitioner has received pensionary benefits etc., in the scale revised through communication impugned in the writ petition. This Court is of the view that with the acceptance of the benefits, in accordance with the corrigendum issued, the petitioner is not keen in prosecuting the writ prayer.

The writ petition is, accordingly, closed. There shall be no order as to costs.

Consequently, pending miscellaneous petitions, if any, stand closed.
