This writ petition is filed aggrieved by the action of the respondents in constituting the Medical Board and Appelalte Medical Board vide its circulars Ref.No.P40/5911/IR/1206, dated 29.05.2000, Ref.No.P.40/5911/IR/1205 dated 29.05.2000, Memorandum dated 29.06.2014 and Ref.No.CRP/PER/IRPM/C/ 081/1218 dated 02.04.2015, which are in violation of Principles Mines Act, 1952 and Rules 1955, as illegal and arbitrary. When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the lis in the writ petition is squarely covered by the order dated 22.06.2016 passed by this Court in W.P.No.38451 of 2015 and batch and the same is not disputed by the learned Standing counsel for respondents. For the reasons alike, this writ petition is also disposed of interms of the order dated 22.06.2016 passed in W.P.No.38451 of 2015 and batch. No costs.

As a sequel thereto, miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in the writ petition, shall stand closed.
