When the matter is taken up, it is brought to the notice of this Court that questioning the same award W.P.No.32501 of 2015 was filed before this Court and the said writ petition was allowed by way of an order dated 11.10.2017 and the same is not disputed by the learned Government Pleader. 2.

In view of the above, the writ petition is allowed, setting aside the Award No.17/2011-2012, dated 17.01.2012, passed by the Revenue Divisional Officer - cum - Land Acquisition Officer, Narsapur, West Godavari District/third respondent herein.
