THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE CHALLA KODANDA RAM WRIT PETITION No. 18659 of 2019 ORDER:

This writ petition is filed complaining inaction on the part of the respondents in disposing of the petitioner's application dated 04.07.2019 for issuance of e-pass book and for mutating his name in the revenue records with respect to the property which was acquired through registered sale deed dated 29.06.2019. Today, when the matter is taken up, learned Government Pleader produced before this Court a copy of the proceedings styled as Endorsement bearing No.B/1557/2019 dated 27.08.2019 issued by the fourth respondent - Tahsildar, Medchal Mandal, Medchal-Malkajgiri District, and stated that in view of the rival claim made by the Catholic Health Association of India, Secunderabad, by way of Appeal No.A2/625/2019, the application of the petitioner stands rejected. In those circumstances, inasmuch as the aforesaid endorsement has already been issued by the fourth respondent considering the application of the petitioner, the relief claimed in the present writ petition stands granted.

CKR, J W.P.No.18659 of 2019 Accordingly, the writ petition is closed placing on record the endorsement dated 27.08.2019 issued by the fourth respondent.

Pending miscellaneous petitions, if any, shall also stand closed. There shall be no order as to costs.
