HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A.RAJASHEKER REDDY WRIT PETITON No.27048 of 2016 ORDER:

This writ petition is filed to declare the inaction of the respondents 2 and 3 in not entertaining the application of the petitioner for grant of passbook and title deeds online in respect of subject land as illegal and arbitrary.

The learned Assistant Government Pleader for Revenue produced written instructions dated 31-08-2016 issued from the Tahsildar directing the Village Revenue Officer, Velugumatla to record the possession column of the pahani for the year 1426 Fasli over the subject land by the petitioner and regarding grant of pattadar passbook enquiry and the same will be issued after completion of enquiry.

In view of the same, there shall be a direction to the 3rd respondent to dispose of the application filed by the petitioner grant of pattadar passbook and title deeds, since she is claiming her title on registered sale deed and take necessary action within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order.

Accordingly, the writ petition is disposed of. As a sequel to the disposal of this petition, miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending shall stand closed. _________________________ A.RAJASHEKER REDDY,J 02-09-2016 Nvl
