THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A.V.SESHA SAI WRIT PETITION No.16177 of 2018 ORDER:

Heard learned counsel for the petitioner, learned Government Pleader for Municipal Administration appearing for R1 and Sri P.Jagdish Chandra Prasad and Sri S.Lakshmi Narayana Reddy, learned Standing Counsel appearing for the respondent Nos.2 and 3 respectively.

When the matter is taken up, it is submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner that, for redressal of her grievance, petitioner herein submitted a representation on 22.11.2017 to the second respondent but no action has been taken so far. Eventually a request is made by the learned counsel for the petitioner that the second respondent herein may be directed to verify the said representation and take appropriate action as per law. On the other hand it is submitted by the learned Standing Counsel that if any such representation is submitted by the petitioner herein the same would be verified and appropriate action would be taken strictly in accordance with law. Having regard to the above submissions, the Writ Petition is disposed of, directing the second respondent to verify the representation, dated 22.11.2017, said to have been submitted by the petitioner herein, and take appropriate action, strictly in accordance with law, within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. There shall be no order as to costs.

Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this Writ Petition shall stand closed.
