HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE SURESH KUMAR KAIT AND HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE ABHINAND KUMAR SHAVILI W.P.No.16256 OF 2018 ORDER: (ORAL) (per Hon'ble Sri Justice Suresh Kumar Kait) Vide the present petition, the petitioner has challenged the order dated 24.04.2018 passed in O.A No.798 of 2018 by the Andhra Pradesh Administrative Tribunal at Hyderabad, whereby the application filed by the petitioner under Section 19 of the Andhra Pradesh Administrative Tribunals Act 1985 has been dismissed.

2. After hearing learned counsel for the parties, we are of the considered opinion that the case of the petitioner falls under G.O.Ms.No.257, dated 10.06.1999.

3. Accordingly, the respondents are directed to consider the case of the petitioner for promotion in terms of G.O.Ms.No.257 as mentioned above.

4. In view of the above direction, the Writ Petition is disposed of. No order as to costs.

Miscellaneous Petitions, if any pending, shall stand closed.
