HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE S. RAVI KUMAR WRIT PETITION No.19682 of 2003 ORDER:

This writ petition is filed to declare the action of respondents as illegal, arbitrary and contrary to the Regulation 3 of APSRTC Service Regulations.

This Court granted interim direction on 17.09.2003 in W.P.M.P.No.24684 of 2003 directing the Corporation to engage the services of petitioner in preference to the juniors in the same category, subject to availability of work.

3. It is represented in view of the interim orders, no further orders are necessary in this writ petition.

4. Considering the submissions of both sides, this writ petition is disposed of in terms of interim orders.

5. Miscellaneous Petitions pending, if any, shall stand closed. No costs.
