CVNR, J CRP 749/2017 ORDER:

This civil revision petition filed in 2007 and numbered in 2017, arises out of an order restoring O.P. No.575 of 1995 by the Principal Senior Civil Judge, Anakapalle.

A perusal of the record shows that no interim order was granted by this Court during these ten years and in all probability O.P. No.575 of 1995 restored under the order assailed in this revision petition must have been disposed of. Hence, it is reasonable to presume that the cause in the civil revision petition does not survive and the same is accordingly dismissed.
