ORDER :

According to petitioners, they have inherited the land to an extent of Ac.4.31 cents in Sy.Nos.448/1 and 448/2 of Talupula village and mandal, Anantapuram district from their father late Shaik Ahmed Shakeer and were in peaceful possession and enjoyment of the said land and they got partitioned the said land among themselves in pursuance to the decree passed in O.S.No.61 of 2017 on the file of Court of I Additional District Judge, Ananthapuram, dated 04.01.2018. They have applied in Form-VI(A) to mutate their names in revenue records and to issue pattadar pass books and title deeds in respect of the subject land. Said applications were received in AP-Online centre on 27.03.2018. But, so far no order communicating mutation of their names is furnished. Hence, this writ petition. 2.

It is seen from the material on record that petitioners claimed to have submitted applications for mutation. If that is so, and if such applications are pending, the Tahsildar, Talupula Mandal, Anantapuramu district, shall dispose of the applications, if not already disposed of, as expeditiously as possible, preferably within a period of eight (8) weeks, from the date of receipt of copy of this order. 3.

With the above directions, Writ petition is disposed of. Pending miscellaneous petitions pending shall stand closed. There shall be no order as to costs.
