HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE T. SUNIL CHOWDARY TRANSFER CIVIL MISCELLANEOUS PETITION No.294 of 2015 ORDER:

This petition is filed under Section 24 CPC to withdraw O.S. No.127 of 2015 from the file of the I Additional District Judge, Ongole and transfer the same to any other competent court in Ongole for trial and disposal in accordance with law.

2. When the matter is taken up for hearing, learned counsel for the petitioners requested this court to permit the petitioners to withdraw the petition with liberty to avail all the remedies available to them under law including filing of similar type of petition before appropriate forum. Permission is granted.

3. Accordingly, the Transfer CMP is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty to the petitioners as prayed for. As a sequel, miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this petition shall stand closed. _________________________ T.SUNIL CHOWDARY, J Date: 25.6.2015.
