Mr. A. Sudhakara Rao, learned counsel for the petitioners, on instructions, submits that he has instructions to withdraw the writ petition with liberty to the petitioners to approach the Government for appropriate relief.

The writ petition is disposed of as withdrawn with liberty as prayed. While granting liberty, it is made clear that we have examined merits of the case.

Consequently, miscellaneous petitions, if any, also stand disposed of.
