This writ petition is filed aggrieved by inaction of respondents in registering the case basing on his complaint dated 19-08-2018 against unofficial respondents. Learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home submits that basing on the complaint of the petitioner, a case in Cr.No.429 of 2019 is registered by the respondent-police. Recording the same, this writ petition is disposed of. As a sequel to the disposal of this petition, miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending shall stand closed.
