ORDER:
This writ petition is filed for a mandamus to declare the inaction of the respondents in paying the differential amount of Rs.340/- per quintal for the total quantity of 5,11,000 quintals of SSG Jowar procured from the members of the petitioner as illegal and arbitrary. On 29.07.2015, Mrs.P.Sujatha, learned standing counsel for Telangana State Seed Development Corporation, submitted that as per her instructions, the differential amount has been paid to the farmers.
Today, at the hearing, Mr.V.R.Reddy Kovvuri, learned counsel for the petitioner, has accepted the aforesaid statement of the learned standing counsel as true.
In view of the above facts, the cause in the writ petition does not survive for adjudication.
The Writ Petition is accordingly disposed of as infructuous. As a sequel to disposal of the writ petition, W.P.M.P.No.26006 of 2012 filed by the petitioner for interim relief shall stand disposed of as infructuous.
