2. Petitioner is doing business in groceries in the name and style "Sri Laxmi Ganapathi Traders" at Suryapeta town of Suryapeta Mandal in Nalgonda District under valid licences issued by the statutory authorities. While so, when the stock of black jaggery was being transported in a lorry bearing registration No.AP24W 4546, the police seized the jaggery and registered a case in crime No.365 of 2014 on the file of Suryapeta town in Nalgonda District and arrested the petitioner on 24.11.2014 and later he was enlarged on bail. It is stated that petitioner has filed an application in
Crl.M.P.No.2979 of 2014 before the Judicial Magistrate of First Class, Nalgonda District and the same was dismissed vide order dated 01.12.2014. Questioning the seizure of Jaggery, petitioner has approached this court by this writ petition.
3. Though the writ petition is filed questioning the seizure of the Jaggery, in view of the request made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, the writ petition is disposed of permitting the petitioner to make appropriate application before respondent No.2. As and when petitioner's application for interim relief is received by respondent No.2, he shall consider the same and pass appropriate orders thereon expeditiously, in any case, within two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of the application. As a sequel, the miscellaneous applications, if any, shall stand closed. There shall be no order as to costs.
