Sri Nagaraju Naguru, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission of this Court to withdraw the Writ Petition with liberty to his client to avail the remedies under the Code of Criminal Procedure.

Permission is accorded and the Writ Petition is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty as prayed for. No costs. Consequently, the miscellaneous Applications, if any shall stand closed.

Registry is directed to return the documents filed by the petitioner along with this Writ Petition, today itself, so as to enable him to avail the remedy, as afore-stated.
