This application is fired to consider and extend one (1) month time to dispose of the above case in SC.No.61 of 2023 as directed by this court in crlp.No.6649 of 2023, dated 21.O7.2023.

For the reasons stated in the accompanying affidavit fired in support of this l.A.' the l.A is allowed and the time for disposal of the sc-No.6'l of 2023 is extended for a further period of one (1) month from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
