HONOURABLE SRI JUSTICE A. SHANKAR NARAYANA CRIMINAL REVISION CASE No.131 OF 2014 JUDGMENT:

Mrs. B. Kavita Yadav, learned counsel for the petitioner, would submit that I.A. No.3296 of 2013 in O.P. No.710 of 2013 was disposed of by the learned Judge, Family Court, Ranga Reddy District at L.B. Nagar, Hyderabad, on 05.12.2013, awarding an initial maintenance of Rs.3,000/- to the petitioner - wife on or before 10th of every month from the date of petition till disposal of the O.P.

2. The learned counsel would also submit that O.P. No.710 of 2013 filed under Section 125(1) of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 was also disposed of on the very same day ordering maintenance of Rs.10,000/- per month to the petitioner - wife and the respondent - husband preferred Criminal Revision Case No.109 of 2014 questioning the said order.

3. The learned counsel would also submit that while granting stay in Criminal Revision Case No.109 of 2014, this Court directed to pay entire arrears and also ordered to continue to pay Rs.3,000/- per month towards maintenance to the wife, and, therefore, the present Criminal Revision Case may be closed.

4. It is true, when the main order itself was delivered in O.P. No.710 of 2013, against which Criminal Revision Case No.109 of 2014 is filed questioning the award of maintenance at Rs.10,000/-

ASN,J Crl. R.C. No.131 of 2014 per month and even arrears being directed to be paid besides directing to pay Rs.3,000/- per month continuously, the order herein merges with the order in the main O.P., though, it was disposed of on the very same day on 05.12.2013, on which day, the order under challenge was also passed.

5. Therefore, the present Criminal Revision Case is closed, at the admission stage itself.

As a sequel thereto, Miscellaneous Petitions, if any, pending stand closed.
