PUBLIC INTEREST LITIGATION No. 247 OF 2015 PC: (per the Hon'ble the Acting Chief Justice Dilip B. Bhosale) Learned Government Pleader for Revenue placed on record order, dated 25.09.2015, issued by District Collector and Chairman, District Level Sand Committee, Guntur, cancelling the order dated 06.08.2015, of District Panchayat Officer and Member Convenor, District Level Sand Committee, Guntur, which is the subject matter of the instant public interest litigation. By the order, dated 06.08.2015, respondent No.8 was granted permission to extract ordinary sand.

In view of the order, dated 25.09.2015, learned counsel for the petitioners prays for withdrawal of the public interest litigation. Public interest litigation is dismissed as withdrawn.
