The Court made the following:

ORDER:

Learned Standing Counsel, on instructions, submits that the person on whose name the notice is issued relinquished his rights long ago and after his relinquishment, there are some encroachments. Notice is not caused on the person who is in encroachment and the respondent Municipal Corporation intend to take steps to cause notice on the person, who is in encroachment by withdrawing the said notice.

2. Having regard to the same, the Writ Petition is closed. However, all other issues are not considered and left open. There shall be no order as to costs. Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in these writ petitions shall stand closed.
