The learned counsel for the writ petitioners submit that he has instructions to withdraw the writ petition with liberty to avail the appellate remedy against the impugned order under the provisions of A. P. Rights in Land and Pattadar Pass Books Act, 1971 and therefore, seeks permission for the same.
