THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A.RAJASHEKER REDDY WRIT PETITION No. 18587 of 2019 O R D E R :

This writ petition is filed challenging the action of the 5th respondent in threatening the petitioner and his family members and compelling the petitioner to settle the dispute out of court though civil dispute is pending.

Learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home produced written instructions dt.03.09.2019, submitted by the Asst.Sub-Inspector of Police, Kazipet P.S., Warangal district.

To the extent of their relevance to the present writ petition, the said instructions read as under;

" It is submitted that on receipt of above complaint, GD entry was made on 19.07.2019, during enquiry the Station House Officer collected documents from the complainant Nagurla Illaiah, wherein he has shown an agreement entered between him and one Mohd.Bashu who is son of Saleem on 01.05.2018 stating that he would return the money if job is not provided to them. As such, the Station House Officer has called the petitioner to come to police station for causing enquiry regarding about said complaint. But, the petitioner instead of appearing before the Station House Officer, filed this present writ petition with false and frivolous allegations. It is submitted that the respondent police never interfered in the civil disputes of the petitioner at any point of time, that on enquiry purpose on the complaint given by one Nagurla Illaiah he was called to police station."

In view of the aforesaid written instructions, recording the same, the writ petition is disposed of directing the respondent police not to interfere with the life and liberty of the petitioner, except in accordance with law. However, this order will not preclude the respondent police from investigating said crime. No order as to costs. As a sequel thereto, miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in the writ petition, shall stand closed.
