THE HON'BLE THE ACTING CHIEF JUSTICE DILIP B. BHOSALE AND THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE P. NAVEEN RAO WRIT APPEAL No.43 of 2016 and WRIT PETITION No.40455 OF 2014 PC: (per the Hon'ble The Acting Chief Justice Dilip B. Bhosale) Heard learned counsel for the parties.

Mr. N.Ashwartha Narayana, learned counsel for respondent No.1, i.e. the writ petitioner in Writ Petition No.40455 of 2014, on instructions, seeks permission to withdraw the writ petition itself with liberty to the writ petitioner to challenge the order, dated 30.10.2014 issued by the Tahsildar, Atchampeta Mandal, in appropriate proceedings.

Mr. A.K.Kishore Reddy, learned counsel for the appellant has no objection for allowing respondent No.1 (writ petitioner) to withdraw the writ petition. Hence, we dispose of the writ appeal with the following order:

1) Writ Petition No.40455 of 2014 is disposed of

as withdrawn with liberty to challenge the order dated 30.10.2014 passed by the Tahsildar, Atchampeta Mandal, if she so desires, in appropriate proceedings.

2) In view of withdrawal of the writ petition, the order impugned in the present appeal renders ineffective.

3) All contentions of the parties are kept open insofar as the order, dated 30.10.2014 is concerned.

Consequently, miscellaneous petitions, if any, also stand disposed of.
