Learned counsel for the petitioner states that after filing this writ petition, the fourth respondent has called the petitioner's husband to the police station and assured him that without receiving any complaint, he will not take any action including arrest. In view of that, the grievance of the petitioner does not survive. The writ petition is accordingly dismissed along with miscellaneous applications, if any. No order as to costs.
